The vehicle's lng cylinder is fully assembled and can be divided into seven main parts: inner container, outer casing, heat insulation layer, support device, liquid addition system, pressurization system and vaporization system.         The inner tank is used for storing liquid natural gas, and is welded by a straight cylinder and a standard elliptical head of EHA to form a closed pressure chamber, and the structural material is stainless steel.

The outer shell is used to provide a vacuum chamber for vacuum insulation. The outer shell is welded by a straight cylinder and a THA standard disc-shaped head. The structural material is stainless steel. Due to the presence of the vacuum, the outer casing is externally pressed and the outer casing and its support system can withstand the various forces transmitted by the vehicle.

        The outer wall of the liner and the inner wall of the outer casing form a closed vacuum chamber. The car lng gas cylinder is insulated by high-vacuum multi-layer winding. The vacuum chamber is filled with a plurality of layers of heat insulating material and a reflective aluminum foil, and the heat insulating material and the aluminum foil are alternately wrapped around the outer wall of the inner liner. The insulation material and aluminum foil interact with the vacuum to form an efficient insulation system.

        Two safety valves are used for overpressure protection of lng cylinders. First opened is the main safety valve, which is designed to safely release the pressure increase of the inner container due to normal heat leakage (heat leakage through the insulation and the support system). The second is an auxiliary safety valve with a higher discharge pressure. It is designed to provide a second protection to the inner container when the main safety valve fails or is blocked. The two protections are designed to ensure the safe use of lng cylinders.

        The housing is provided with an explosion-proof device for the housing. In the event of a LNG leak in the liner, the outer casing will be subjected to internal pressure. The purpose of the outer casing explosion-proof device is to limit the internal pressure of the casing to a set safety level in the event of a leak in the casing. In order to simplify the structure, the explosion-proof device of the casing is combined with the vacuum plug to design a component through which vacuuming and vacuum sealing are realized, and as the explosion-proof device of the casing, when the internal pressure of the casing is exceeded, the plug on the component will be Turn on the pressure relief.

        The support system is two saddle-shaped supports, one of which is longitudinally fixed (solid end), and the mounting hole on the base of the support is a circular hole. The other is a longitudinally slidable (sliding end), and the mounting hole on the bottom plate of the support is a waist-shaped hole, which is favorable for compensation of thermal expansion and contraction. The piping, instruments and valves are placed at the solid end and protected by a protective ring.
